fotoface: yep, it was late afternoon and the colours were still rather cold before getting ready for the sunset (unfortunatelly missed that one - i was in a company so didn't have much choice)
get zapped: thank you. these are the eastmost alps, part of the Kamniške (or Savinjske) alpe range. The mountains, left to right, are Kočna and Grintovec.
i wonder if that means anything to you :)

Thank you for sharing the names. I was not familiar with them, but now I know. I wonder what the names translate to in English? They're majestic, that's for sure!
