Now that's a colorful individual! :)
Wonderful macro Polona.
Great colours indeed. I once wrote a haiku about red and black bugs wearing the colours of a whore - but it was deemed too anthropomorphic.

Resembles mine, yet different.
What a wonderful find to have this colorful little tyke on the vivid purple flower.
indrani: indeed... yours looks more robust but just as beautiful :)
jules: they are not so difficult to find in the summer meadows, photographing them is a bigger challenge :)
