Oh this is so pretty..an absolutely stunning photo Polona, it feels like you could dive straight into it now..hope you are well :-D
this is really very good.. the blurs are just enough to suggest movement without sacrificing too much detail... there's an almost other dimensional feeling to this photo...

That's a beautiful photo, Polona. As Bart said, the shutter speed's well judged, but I'm also really impressed with the composition.
