well, that's the island of biševo http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bi%C5%A1evo
it was a nice place to visit until a few years ago, the blue cave is spectacular. we used to swim in it and exit through the underwater window. all that has been prohibited; the only way to see it now is by boat. some beautiful sandy beaches there, too.
and definitely beautiful for sailing...
